"Cruel Pornography" is the tenth album by 'Blood On the Dance Floor', and the eighth to feature lead vocal work by Jeremy Brian "Jayy Von Monroe" Griffis. It was during the tour promoting this album that Griffis would claim that the band's permanent vocalist forced him to continue performing and travelling without access to medical care while he was critically ill from complications with his HIV status.

It is also believed to be the first album to not feature production or instrumentals by either Rusty Lixx or James Egbert due to lack of payment for previous work by the permanent vocalist.
