"Hollywood Death Star" is the fifteenth and final album by 'Blood On the Dance Floor'. The majority of the album's tracks were created using instrumentals that weren't used at the time of their production, with contemporary vocals recorded over them. These instrumentals were the works of Christopher Mongillo, DJ Pickee, Rusty Lixx, James Egbert, Noah Buchanan, and Rich Benjamin. The only featured vocalist on the album is "Voxout".

This curated edition of the album removes repeated tracks "Eat You Alive" (which is actually "Modern World Christ - Reborn (feat. Fallon Vendetta)"), and "Scream Queen", which can be found on "Kawaii Monster (2017)" and "Cinema Erotica (2018)" respectively. Included are the standalone singles "Shiver" and "Reign of Terror".
