This is a curated compilation EP containing re-recorded tracks, remixes, and covers with lead vocal work by Jayy Von Monroe that did not make the cut for "EPIC". The tracks in this compilation album are produced, engineered, and mastered by Rusty Lixx. The track "Horrifically Delicious" features vocals by Nick Nasty, and all three tracks featuring Jeffree Star that were cut from the final production of "EPIC".

"Lest We Forget The Best Of BOTDF" is a title originally intended for a 'Blood On the Dance Floor' compilation CD sold on tour in early 2010 with Jayy Von Monroe's image on it, despite no tracks on the album containing his vocals.
