"Let's Start a Riot" is the first feature-length album by 'Blood On the Dance Floor', featuring lead vocal work by Christopher Mongillo, Rebecca Fugate, and Matty Malaret. Produced, engineered, and mastered by Christopher Mongillo, his vocals can be heard on tracks "I Can't Get Enuff", "Blood on the Dance Floor", "Libertine", and "Closer (Nine Inch Nails Cover)". Rebecca Fugate worked as the band's early manager, and her vocals can be heard on tracks "I Can't Get Enuff", "Blood on the Dance Floor", "Till Death Do We Party", and "Death Star Black". This is the only album to feature drummer and "screamer" Matty Malaret, whose vocals can be heard on tracks "Blood on the Dance Floor", "Sex and Violence", "I ♡ Hello Kitty", "You're a Dancer, You're Not a Lover", "Till Death Do We Party", and "I Hope You Choke".

This curated edition of the album includes "Closer (Nine Inch Nails Cover)", unreleased track "Death Star Black", the 2014 remaster of "Bitches Get Stitches", and the CD-only version of "Fallen Star" with alternative lyrics.
